Every morning at 10 o'clock our class does the 10@10 using the RTEJr website. Here, Gráinne & Micheál put us through our paces with a wide variety of exercises. Our teacher has noticed a big improvement in our concentration after completing the 10@10. It is great fun and we all have a good laugh.
