We've made the most of the sunshine today (like our bee friends) and we investigated what bee friendly flowers are continuing to sprout up in our pollinator garden.... We spotted clover, dandelions, yarrow, heathers and much more. Jeanne Sampier came back to assist us and was impressed with all of our hawthorn trees which are also great pollinators. But the icing on the cake was when we spotted a baby buff tailed bee. Our work is paying off!
Will from SEAI and An Taisce visited us today and, in a very fun way, talked to us about how we can save energy in school, at home, EVERYWHERE!!! Maybe you can help us make the change.... We even created electricity with a few potatoes...
