We've heard a lot of our fellow students commenting on the amount of homeless people they are seeing in town so we decided to host a Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Galway Simon Community. Even our teachers got into the spirit of the day by wearing Christmas jumpers. We searched under cushions and behind couches for all the coins we could find and managed to raise €200.00. So much fun and festive cheer was spread throughout the school and we were delighted that it was all for a great cause. Let's hope it helps a lot of homeless in Galway this Christmas.
