Time to Read
On 28th February both 2nd classes were delighted to visit Ballybane library. It formed part of the "Time to Read" initiative currently being run in the school with local business, Medtronic. They met the lovely librarians who showed them around the library. Then they went on a treasure hunt with help from the Medtronic volunteers. After choosing some books to bring back to school, Niamh, the librarian, read them a lovely story. We look forward to visiting again soon.

This initiative is running to promote fitness throughout the schools and to improve concentration in class. All schools in the country were encouraged to participate on this date at this time. The following are some pictures and videos of the morning.
