Pupil Work for Monday April 20th to Friday May 1st 2020
Dear Parents.
I hope that you are all keeping well and safe and that everyone is in good health.
When we shut for the Covid 19 closure many of the teachers gave the children enough work to the Easter Holidays. We are now going to provide work for each child for the remainder of this Covid 19 school closure. We will post enough work for each child for two weeks at a time. I will notify you by text each time new work has been arranged for the children. Some of the children may not have their books with them so we are using some free online books in their place. We would suggest that much of this work should be done in a separate or spare copy if possible. The teachers can then correct this when the children return to school. Most of the free ebooks that we are using are available at https://my.cjfallon.ie/dashboard/student-resources. You have to enter any valid email address but after that all the books you need will be free to use.
Under Level Tick Primary - Then Tick your Class - Next Tick the Subject - Now Tick the Series – Then Tick the Title - Finally make sure Online Book is selected on the right of the screen. All you have to do then is click the eye symbol beside the book name and it will open on screen. This will work on a laptop/smartphone/ipad etc…..and is totally free. You do need to provide an email address to get started.
The first block of work is from Monday April 20th to Friday May 1st
